Ir. Soekarno

The first president of Republik Indonesia,Soekarno who also called Bung Karno, was born in Blitar, East Java 1901. Soekarno played the important role to liberate the Indonesian nation from Dutch colonization. Soekarno was the proclaimer of Indonesian independence together with Mohammad Hatta that happened on 17 August 1945. Soekarno died in Jakarta, on 21 June 1970. An early diagnose showed that he had suffered a stroke.
Ir. Soekarno was become our pride as Indonesian people as a leader like him. His spirit of patriotism and nationalism also keep in his heart in his whole life. Ir. Soekarno is never being forget by anyone because of his dedication to Indonesia, and also he become a model of anyone if they know the history about him. His spirit of patriotism and nationalism are never die, it’s great if we have that spirit to make Indonesia more well-known and nobodies treat us.
